There are two ways you can join me for yoga classes:

1. Group classes:

• Lovely if you want to practice in a group atmosphere that is also pocket-friendly

• Check out the group class schedule here

• Rate details are posted on the studios’ instagram page

2. Private sessions

• Perfect for having a personalised practice tailored to your needs

• Option of online or in-person

• Fee per class: BD 25
