Booking, rescheduling & transfer policy: All payments are non-refundable.
The purchaser may transfer their booking to another person that the purchaser agrees with. This is provided that such transfer is communicated to the organiser in writing no later than 24 hours prior to the event.
If the workshop is cancelled by the organisers for any unforeseen reason, the purchaser shall be entitled to a 100% refund within 5 working days of event cancellation.
