Through this program, you will learn ways to find a sense of rootedness in your truth so your natural voice, feelings and creativity can be expressed and seen.
Tapping into your truth and sense of creativity is a highly rewarding practice that can inspire joy and growth in your inner world, home, relationships and even at work.

Where & when:
We’ll meet on Saturdays 4-6 PM starting 4 April 2026 - over a total of 8 sessions
Part 1: Learning: Saturdays 4-6pm, April 4, 11, 18 & 25
Part 2: Practicing: Saturdays 4-6pm, May 9 & 23rd + June 6 & 20th

Hello! I’m Moolie (aka Amal)
I enjoy living creatively and approaching life with a sense of truth and genuinity. It brings me deep joy and fulfilment to live my life this way and express fully, whether through words, approach or tangible creative work.
However, I didn't always have the courage to express myself this boldly and openly, which at many times meant I felt lonely, isolated and experienced deep inner conflict.
Through practising mindfulness, I learned that the happiest version of myself is the one that is playful, open, soft and compassionate. With courage and practice, I learned to shed the protective layers I no longer needed and give myself permission to be me.
I believe that we are each unique in our own beautiful way, and by living and expressing ourselves authentically and honouring ourselves, we can journey through life happier and lighter.
My work is heart centred, healing and fulfilling. The mindfulness and yoga programs I offer create a space for us to listen compassionately to ourselves, express, heal and grow.
My deepest desire is for all beings to have a more joyful experience of living - and I believe that one wonderful path towards that is through open and authentic self expression.
